🌏 Communication to Strengthen Leadership in Nursing: External Perspectives 🏥👩‍⚕️🧑‍⚕️🏥

คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสวนดุสิต จัดกิจกรรม “การสื่อสารเพื่อเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำทางการพยาบาล: มุมมองจากภายนอก” เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้อาจารย์และนักศึกษาพยาบาลได้แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ด้าน การสื่อสาร ภาวะผู้นำ และการสื่อสารข้ามวัฒนธรรม ผ่านมุมมองจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้มีประสบการณ์จากต่างประเทศ ได้รับเกียรติจาก Ms. Thokchom Rebacca Chanu และ Ms. Huidrom Portia Devi อาจารย์แลกเปลี่ยนจาก Pitambara English School (PES), India ร่วมแบ่งปันมุมมองและประสบการณ์ โดยมี ผศ.ดร.ธณิดา นิลัมภาชาด คณบดีกล่าวต้อนรับ ผศ.ดร.ศรีสุดา วงศ์สิเศษกุล ที่ปรึกษาคณบดี รศ.ดร.ปณวัตร สันประโคน รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิชาการ และ ผศ.ดร.รุ่งนภา ป้องเกียรติชัย ประธานหลักสูตรฯ ร่วมดำเนินกิจกรรมและพูดคุยกับนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 4 จำนวน 104 คน 

🤝 กิจกรรมมุ่งส่งเสริมทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในบริบทวิชาชีพ ตลอดจนสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและวัฒนธรรมระหว่าง มหาวิทยาลัยสวนดุสิต (SDU) และ Pitambara English School (PES), India

🎓 พร้อมเตรียมความพร้อมให้นักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 4 ก้าวสู่การปฏิบัติงานในระบบสุขภาพที่มีความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรม และสามารถสื่อสารอย่างมั่นใจในบริบทวิชาชีพพยาบาลระดับสากล

The Faculty of Nursing, Suan Dusit University (SDU) organized the activity “Communication to Strengthen Leadership in Nursing: External Perspectives” to provide an opportunity for faculty members and nursing students to exchange knowledge and perspectives on communication, nursing leadership, and cross-cultural communication through the insights and experiences of international experts.

The Faculty was honored to welcome Ms. Thokchom Rebacca Chanu and Ms. Huidrom Portia Devi, visiting lecturers from Pitambara English School (PES), India, who shared their valuable perspectives and experiences with our nursing students.

The activity was warmly welcomed by Assistant Professor Dr. Thanida Nilamphachad, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, together with Assistant Professor Dr. Srisuda Wongwiseskul, Advisor to the Dean; Associate Professor Dr. Panawat Sanprakhon, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs; and Assistant Professor Dr. Rungnapa Pongkiatchai, Program Chair, who actively participated in the discussions with 104 fourth-year nursing students.

🤝 The activity aimed to enhance students’ English communication skills in professional nursing contexts, while also fostering academic and cultural collaboration between Suan Dusit University (SDU) and Pitambara English School (PES), India.

🎓 It also prepared fourth-year nursing students to enter a multicultural healthcare environment, communicate with confidence, and develop the competencies needed to work effectively in an increasingly globalized nursing profession.
