ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและภาวะสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยโรคไตเรื้อรังสิทธิหลักประกันสุขภาพแห่งชาติ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ ภาวะสุขภาพ และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพกับภาวะสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยโรคไตเรื้อรัง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยโรคไตเรื้อรังระยะ 3b – 4 สิทธิหลักประกันสุขภาพแห่งชาติ จำนวน 1,200 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและภาวะสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยโรคไตเรื้อรังที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้น มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .93 สถิติที่ใช้คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย มีดังนี้ 1) ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (M = 103.57, SD = 16.82) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพ (M = 6.34, SD = 1.93), ด้านการเข้าถึงข้อมูลสุขภาพ (M = 22.06, SD = 5.68), ด้านการประเมินข้อมูลสุขภาพ (M = 18.01, SD = 5.43), ด้านการสื่อสารข้อมูลสุขภาพ (M = 22.67, SD = 3.29), และด้านการจัดการตนเอง
ด้านสุขภาพ (M = 19.58, SD = 3.12) ส่วนด้านการรู้เท่าทันสื่อสุขภาพ อยู่ในระดับต่ำ (M = 14.90, SD = 3.09) 2) ภาวะสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี (M = 3.69, SD = 1.07) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่าอยู่ในระดับดี 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านจิตวิญญาณ (M = 4.08, SD = .76), ด้านจิตใจ/อารมณ์ (M = 3.78, SD = 1.04), และด้านร่างกาย (M = 3.66, SD = 1.18) ส่วนด้านสังคมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (M = 3.24, SD = 1.05) 3) ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับภาวะสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยโรคไตเรื้อรังในระดับปานกลาง (r = .410)

Abstract
This research aims to explore health literacy, health status, and to study the relationship between health literacy and the health status of patients with chronic kidney disease. The sample consisted of patients with chronic kidney disease in national health security rights, stage 3b – 4, totaling 1,200 people. The research tool was a questionnaire on health literacy and the health status of patients with chronic kidney disease developed by the researcher. It has a confidence value of .93. The results revealed that: 1) Health status overall was at a good level (M = 3.69, SD = 1.07). For each aspect, the spiritual (M = 4.08, SD = .76), mental/emotional (M = 3.78, SD = 1.04), and physical (M = 3.66, SD = 1.18) were at a good level, but the social aspect was moderate (M = 3.24, SD = 1.05). 2) The health literacy of chronic kidney disease patients in overall was at a moderate level (M =103.57, SD=16.82). For each aspect, the cognitive of health (M = 6.34, SD = 1.93), Access to health information (M = 22.06, SD = 5.68), Health information communication (M =22.67, SD = 3.29), Health information assessment (M = 18.01, SD = 5.43), and Self health-management (M = 19.58, SD = 3.12) were at moderate level, but media literacy was low (M = 14.90, SD = 3.09). 3) Health literacy was moderately positively associated with the health status of chronic kidney disease patients (r = .410).
